Our Founder

Leading the charge + change  is our founder, Tiffany Smith Deans, who brings over 20 years of experience in People Operations. Her belief that life is filled with memorable moments that deserve to be enjoyed and shapes every aspect of our work. By helping leaders and organizations embrace presence and purpose, she inspires teams to transform ordinary or overlooked moments into extraordinary experiences.

She holds an array of certifications including: SPHR (HRCI), SHRM-SCP (SHRM), Design Thinking (Harvard Business School), Digital Marketing (Georgetown University).
